What does Movers and Shakers do?

We are a mobile bar caterer that can bartend your Wedding, Corporate Event, Private Party and Second Line. We also have bars to rent and a tap truck!

No matter the package you select, our staff will efficiently setup the bars, maintain them during the event, and tear them down after.

What’s included in the packages?

Every package we offer includes: Water, sodas, and juices for all guests to enjoy.

We provide all of our own bar equipment and linens. We also supply straws, napkins and plastic cups. Even if you have rented glassware we bring plastic cups — in New Orleans you can always take a drink to go!

What is a Dry Hire event?

Essentially, a Dry Hire event is a BYOB event. You supply the liquor, beer, and wine and we will provide the bartenders, ice, mixers, and all our equipment. When electing to host a dry hire event, we can advise you on the quantities of alcohol to supply -- and all the things to purchase for a successful and smooth evening.

Do you include glassware?

We provide plasticware as a standard inclusion in all of our packages. If you prefer glassware instead, we offer two options: we can assist you in determining the appropriate quantities to add to your existing rental package, or we can procure the glassware on your behalf and incorporate it into our proposal for your convenience.

What are your payment options?

We can take Credit Card payments directly through the proposal - there is a credit card processing fee. We can also take a check for payment -- the check should be written to: 6940 LLC

Can you do a cash bar?

We can do a cash bar but there will be a minimum that must be met.
